Yeah, that's LSU's problem. Being a National Seed really sucks. That's why we can't throw strikes and constantly leave RISP. Yeah, that's it.

Six games today due to loser bracket teams winning Sunday forcing extra game to take regionals.

You trying to justify this? stfu. Also, maybe the SEC is just not that good.

I posted this last night. I'm a fairly casual baseball fan and I don't follow outside of LSU. Is this normal for a regional? Seems like a ton of chaos with only 5/16 teams advancing after Sunday and as many eliminated.

It only shows the amount of parity in college baseball today.

If LSU played UALR (assuming they still had a program) in football, the score would 42-7 or something like that.
In MBB, even with our perineal slump it would be 5 point game.
In WBB, it would be 30 point game.

The fact that we are threatened in baseball where we are clearly top half of a brutal SEC, not to mention 2 seasons away from a NC with a young NC winning coach, shows how much parity there is.

Which ones have played a team as bad as Little Rock. There is zero excuse for losing a game to this team

Yeah this tournament has been crazy w all the upsets of national seeds, but that doesn’t mean LSU should lose to a school like LR.

4 seed has 12 wins so far this tournament and 2 teams still alive on the last day of regionals.

Not sure about historical records but that seems like a lot.

Some of you are really going through it still this morning.

wtf are you tards talking about? Who is justifying yesterday’s loss anywhere in this thread? Been a fun and interesting tournament with plenty of upsets is what I said. Yall are free to not have to watch anymore baseball this postseason you know. No one is twisting your arms

I love it. Yesterdays loss was inexcusable for us but it’s awesome in todays age of NIL to see the little guy get shots off against the big guy.

Like Ben said during our broadcast last night, if these two teams play 100 times in football lsu wins 100/100. That’s the great thing about baseball.

This is a golden opportunity for LSU, if we get through tonight with a win.

If the FB team only beat them 42-7 there would be a melt...haha. This year's team would beat them 63-7

Against decent teams

Last night, a guy with 10.4 ERA in the Ohio valley conference pitched 6 scoreless innings

Absolutely beyond inexcusable

we clearly didn’t show up with the right mindset last night to get embarrassed like that. We show up the rest of the season with a killer instinct we’ll have a pretty good shot.

About half the national seeds will have been eliminated so about as good a draw in the final 16 as we could’ve hoped for. Need to use that L last night as tackling fuel the rest of the way

Excellent point

Some people are just so miserable and panicked that they can't comprehend what you posted.
The regionals have been wild this year. Bunch of lower seeds making noise, a number of 4 seeds winning game 1 etc. You normally see a good bit of non-1 seeds lose regionals, but it's usually to the 2 seed and an occasional 3. I don't think I've ever seen so many 4's make runs. We still have a pair of them in game 7's today

Not quite as bad, but this has to sting a bit too

Finishing in the top 5 in the SEC all of a sudden doesn’t mean that much, does it? Can you say OVER-RATED!
