I would like to see Brennan phased in through these last three until by ATM he is the second half starter.

Then they have all the extra bowl season practices to continue his improvement.

Narcisse should also get as much as we can give him without jeopardizing his redshirt..

Looking at a damn strong chance to finish 10-3, if we get a bowl win... under O's first year, a 30pt loss to State and a Troy loss at home. And y'all want to start the Brennan ers now?? Why?? He should see playing time against Arky and Tenn, for sure. But it seems like y'all ready to hand him the ball and if he does start but loses, y'all would be happy with that because you can now write Etling off.

We are out of the sec race. Which means the change needs to happen.

No reason to go into next year with a qb who has taken no meaningful snaps.

Brennan will make mistakes but he will also make some big plays.

He needs to see some defensive schemes before next year. Otherwise why didn’t we just redshirt him?

We need to break him in against Arky. If Lowell can play, play him as well.
Then move on from there. Who gives a shite about wins now or the name of the Bowl game. As long as we get the practice time, the Bowl game doesn’t matter because we will get Tre same amuntnof money.

In fact, I wish they come to Houston to make up for the first game.

Then get the lead next week and give him some playing time... the the same with Tenn.

So being out of the SEC race means you don't care about how you finish the season.

I wish you stupid people would quit this. Lowell is not playing this year it would be fricking stupid to do so. It would accomplish absolutely nothing. You going to burn his redshirt for reason. Your already bowl eligible which is all that matters, for the added practice time. Not to mention you want to separate Brennan and Narcisse. You don't them in the same class.

Are you and everyone else going to accept maybe a loss or two out of the last three and support a weedeater bowl appearance in the name of getting meaningful snaps?

Are will you still be here pissing and moaning like when we were 13-0 going to the ship.

This is so dumb. So you want the coaches to play for next season while sending a message to the players this season is over.

We don’t care about 10 wins, we don’t care about the seniors, we don’t care about winning, pride, etc. Its all about next season and Brennan.

What would O basically say to the team ? Hey forget abut a chance to play in a good bowl and win 10 games. I need to develop a freshman. This wouldn't resonate well with the team and recruits imo. Sends the wrong message. If Etling is the best option to win he needs to play. Let Brennan get reps though and if O and Canada decide he is the best chance to win then go for it.

Jake Fromm is a Freshman doing well at Georgia and was the 3rd rated pro style QB coming out of HS last year.

Myles Brennan was the 6th rated pro style OB coming out of HS.

It's not unrealistic to believe that Brennan can succeed like Fromm has. He just needs to be given the opportunity. Some people will say he never won the job from Etling but sometimes coaches tend to go with the safest choice, even if the better choice was obvious.

Etling isn't that much better than Brennan right now, and I bet it takes 1 entire game to get them even. We should win the next 3 with creative running games, passing 15 times or less per game. Either of them can do that.

It should be. We should be seeing what we have and developing him for the future.

Why not? We’re not playing for the title. We’re not playing in the SECCG. Might as well get him some solid reps. Danny has proven over two seasons that he is just an average QB with a shitload of heart but not the skills to match. It’s not a knock on him either just reality.

I hope Brennan gets some quality time under center because Miami is coming up first next season.
