Max was fresh out of high school, plus probably Myles couldn’t of won in Florida and beat ole piss imho Myles been at LSU forever , one reason the OL was terrible, the defense didn’t have to respect Myles’s mobility ,, they have films on him , on you tube where he’s evaluated, go check it out

Max won 2 games without Gilbert, Marshall or Mcmath. I did notice he was mentioned first by Peetz. That wasn’t an accident.

Brennan's downfall is his processing it takes too long for him to know when to pull the trigger. He should be miles ahead in this area. He does have a nice arm but lacks mobility and when you lack mobility you better know when and where to get the ball out.
So he's Ben Roethlisberger?

I think this will be his 4th OC, (not positive)
Depends on how you count them.
Canada (1)
E (2)
E with Brady (3)
E without Brady ( do you count this as 4?)
Peetz (4 or 5)
There at least was continuity in the last 3

Man, I don’t know. Just saying props to the guy for sticking it out this long. Doesn’t happen much anymore.

Thats it in a nutshell. Agree 100%. If Brennan doesn't improve his mobility, he'll just be another statue like Mettenberger. Great arm, not able to get out of harms way and improvise plays with his legs.

Brennan plus these new offensive coaches will be a great combo. Max too. And I can’t wait to see how the mew freshman phenom will do (Nussmeier). Finley is a beast too. Brennan is more mature, experienced, and smarter due to his age and time with the team. If he’s healthy the job should be his. But they will compete for the starting job for sure. But Myles was slinging the ball in those first 3 games and he will be better protected once the new OC gets his reps and schemes in place. Really excited for 21.

This is the deepest QB room we may well have ever had. But someone is transferring. 4 guys is too much to keep fed.

Which of the four do y’all think will transfer? With good coaching and reps, either of the three current guys could start D1 somewhere. I just don’t know about Nussmeier yet, but he’s def got talent. Geaux!

The playing field has been leveled and reset. Nussmeier/Johnson will be in a battle for the starting spot IMHO.

Barring injury to any of the 3 QBs i don't see a scenario where Nussmeier touches the field unless it's a huge blowout.

Thanks for reminding us of this! I hope his teammates are as sold as Dilfer.

If brennan has aspirations to play in the NFL, he should take a course best suited for him and unless LSU can guarantee the starting job to him before the end of January 2021, he should go ahead and enter the portal. That supposed that there is a good spot for him on another team worth a damn.
Luckily LSU is in a very fortunate spot right now at QB so we should be fine without him.
There is no benefit for Myles in taking a risk that he runs in having to compete for the starting job here. He’s been here long enough. They know what they have.
