1:16 is where Joe would have separated himself. Brennan stands in, feels the pressure, and gets the ball to his man for a first down. Joe would have stood in, felt the pressure, avoided it, looked downfield for Chase/JJ/Marshall running free.

I'm not expecting him to be Burrow, though. I'm gonna miss that dude.

Rough-cut diamond. He'll shine.

something I realized when watching this video:

Myles and Racey already have a great connection, as well as a few of the younger guys like Jenkins and Devonta Lee because of the 2nd team reps in practice and garbage time during games. If Myles, Ja'Marr, and Terrace can get on the same page during the offseason, I see Ja'Marr back in the Biletnikoff convo again next year and Myles 1st Team SEC at the least.

Absolute cannon for an arm...not to mention quick release. I think we’ll be alright.

Dude, now why you gotta get on here and expound upon my perfectly succinct evaluation, thus rendering my post, and any subsequent reactions to said post, irrelevant.

sorry snake, I agreed with your first review but went back when I saw him hit more throws later on in the season as he was feeling more comfortable. Here's hoping for a new king at QB1 in 2020

I think Brennan needs to work on 2 things the most:

1. Pocket awareness/movement
- He gets happy feet in there and doesn't sense trouble that well

2. Tough
- He uses that Howitzer a little too much. Throwing a catchable ball is almost as important as throwing an accurate ball.

I think he's going to improve dramatically working with the 1's in this new offense for an entire offseason. I just hope he puts the same amount of time into it as Burrow.

Check down master.
Not quite as fast as Joe.
Stronger arm.
McMath will be a beast.

Peyton Manning had happy feet

Someone doesn't need to look like the perfect QB to be effective

Yea I don’t think he has happy feet. As a qb when your feet stop, you’re dead. Some are just more deliberate about it.

You mention Peyton but Phillip rivers also does this, as does Brees especially on longer developing routes

You have to think of it like an infielder fielding a ground ball and gathering himself to throw to first base.

He needs to keep hitting the gumbo. He could easily play at 225 or more.

Dude has a cannon.
He’s smart and seasoned.

We will be fine at qb.

Brennan’s movement in the pocket makes me a little nervous. His footwork isn’t a calm and reassuring as joes,

I think a few games under his belt are going to give him all the confidence in the world. And let's not forget that cannon.

All good Beantown.

Sure is nice to have THESE problems to worry about instead of those we were facing a few years ago.

These truly are the”Salad Days.”

Super low release, but the ball just zips out of his hand like it's got boosters! Definitely something the receivers will need to get used to though!

He climbed the pocket well and ran when he needed to. I'm pretty optimistic for next season.
