My personal observation last night

There is real tension. Last night my buddy (my source from last year), which is normally reserved in the suite, blurted out “ I told that MFer (Alleva) this was a stupid hire.”
Alleva looked like a combination between when he wanted to fire Miles in 15 and a nervousness (likely about his job)
Typically, the mood is very cordial and friendly. This was not present at all last night. The overal tension in the suite was as a bad As I have ever seen it. It Felt Like people in room know that heads will roll and not just coaches.
I did feel like the knifes were being sharpened for the purposes of turning on each other. Like Brutus and Cassius getting ready to kill Caesar.
Let the politicking begin for who kills the King.

Who is going to do the firing?? Seriously?!? FKing is the one who got us into this mess, or at least certainly enabled it. I know he didn't hire Alleva, but from what I understand, there is no one on the Bosrd of Supetvidors that either care enough or have the guts to make the decision to fire Alleva. Fking isnt going to do it because it will cost too much money. The TAF leaders certainly are not happy with what is transpiring but if they couldn't properly influence the events avoid us getting to this place why would anyone think things are any different now?

Sad to say, O will likely survive but, 0-8 to 1-7 SEC record may not be forgivable even with the 12 million buyout.
The 1st sign that change is coming is if Alleva is canned before the season. JA will not likely get 2 chances at hiring a football coach.

Thanks for the info. If this is what it took to get the administration gone then I'm glad it had to happen, just wish it could have been another way to go about it. Hopefully heads will roll all the way down the hill and they preform a true coaching search this time.

CLEAN HOUSE. another problem is the stupid arse legislature putting in dumbfricks on the BOS. how about ONLY LSU grads on the BOS? that know football? or take their powers away.

It not just a King decision. BOS is made up of individuals that want power. It’s the same thing as a corporate board overruling a CEO. Most members are ambitious and will save their own skin.
