have no idea why this got so many downvotes... I like both guys, but a QB has to be able to throw the ball down the field and hit guys on the run... its kinda important to the position. Daniels hasnt shown he can throw to a window, that why the ball always looks late and why the WR's are not happy with him... its not a personal knock on daniels, he looks to be a great kid and teammate. but i do wish that he would sling it more...ill take the bad with the good...

I like my QBs to have some swagger, but I prefer that they earn their swagger by their performance. Nuss walked away from Kelly with his back turned to his HC while the HC was talking to him. If I'm Kelly, I expect my players to turn and listen to what I'm saying. Nuss hasn't earned his swagger. He needs to get better and be as good as he expects to be.

I do not think and never have thought, Nuss is the answer. But yelling at him with the limited experience he has seems misplaced. What about the more veteran players who are not up to par. Seems CBK taking out some frustrations he is hesitant to on players he needs more.

Nuss will never be QB 1 at lsu. He’s the back up to JD and he will be the back up to Howard next year. Just the way it is. He’s too careless with the football. His performances in the Arkansas game last year and the southern game this year cemented his place as a back up

Yes he yells at Daniels too. It just seems like he yells at Nuss more often because it is highlighted on the few plays Nuss gets. Besides, if Kelly yelled at Daniels eveytime he made a bad throw......coach wouldn't have a voice left!!
