I would say 99% of the fan base just wants Daniels' throwing ability to compliment his running ability so LSU has the best chance to win. If you have evidence to the contrary I would like to know.

On Saturday Boutte & Thomas both dropped balls that would have put lsu in manageable downs.
But I get it. It’s hard to go from a zero rhythm passing offense to all of a sudden trying to get that going in the middle of the 4Q. Nussmeier is in a tough spot because the offense changes so much

Kelly yelled because Nuss did not go through his progression. He went "One Mississippi" and then slung the ball. I watched the play...he had time to make several looks before throwing. Check, check, throw or go. Mostly nerves and not wanting to make a mistake. Typical of many young QBs who are yet unable to let the game come to them.

Almost like you are pushing a narrative. Both are flawed QB’s on a flawed team. Both have looked really good at times in the season and both have looked bad at parts in the season so far.

So, this begs the question: what in the world happened in Spring and Fall camps that led our coaches to believe Brennan was behind Daniels and Nuss. The mobility issue and moving the sticks isn’t jiving.
