It was a good spot to get Dean a rest ahead of the under 8:00 TO. But you can't leave him out too long. If Baker isn't making shots (and he isn't) he is completely useless in a game like this.
LSU also has to do everything possible to make this an uptempo game. They can't slug with MSU in a halfcourt game. MSU is just too good in that style of game.
