Not saying I like or disklike Yeskie, but I doubt he tells them to throw balls. Likely he tells them not to walk dudes.

He's obviously not telling them to walk dudes, but it's been a pretty consistent problem with Yeskie here and other places.

Tell Eyanson to stop serving up belt high fastballs and he will be dominant as well. His stuff is filthy but the pitch selection and placement is horrible with him sometimes.

On April 23, 2023, Paul Skenes gave up 5 runs in 6 innings against KY, pitching only two scoreless frames.

Some of y’all are really overreacting to Shores today. He’s going to be fine and is as good a Sunday starter as LSU has had in years.

Shores needs to attack batters. Throwing 96-98 he need to announce his authority. Be the man.

How is Shores flinching his knee a balk but this dude flinching his knee 5 times isn't?

We’re leading in strikeouts. We try to paint the corner for those to happen. If an ump is calling it really tight, then walks will happen. We just do not have a pitch to contact approach

I think so too. Shores is still going to be a huge part of this team's success. I would just personally like to see less walks and less stress.

Also, go Monster

is that why he’s been apart of 3 different programs going to Omaha? Pitching staff literally led the nation in strikeouts last year.

Is it harder for a side arm pitcher to pick off at 1st?
