There are rules in baseball and consistently doing same thing isn't a balk isn't one of them.

Maybe someone can correct me on this, like something about style and/or mechanics of Shores, but with his height and heat, why not more letter+ high 97 MPH fastballs on 0-2 counts to see if you can get them to chase?
