I don’t think anyone is really sure about it, but the SEC rules say the following:
- For a Friday-Sunday series, Fri/Sat games must start by 10 PM and resume by midnight.
- For a Thurs-Sat series, Saturday games will waive all curfews in the event of a rain delay, but the game cannot start on Sunday.

I agree that SEC statement is confusing as hell (big shock!), but it's my understanding the word "curfew" in it means the time limit the visiting team imposes on the home team to finish a game. It's the travel curfew where the visiting team tells the home team that its travel arrangements require no inning can start after a certain time even if there is a rain delay to start the game.

And the part about not playing on Sunday means a three game series can't be played over four days.
