As long as this team takes care of their business we'll be fine, can't worry about what some other team is doing.

This. Be nice to win the SEC. But our biggest goal should be to host both regionals.

Anybody have an idea what the best record is to not win the SEC. It sure will suck for Vandy to have such a great record, and not win the SEC.

Not sure about SEC but South Carolina went 25-3 or something like that in 2000 and didn't make it to Omaha. That was the year they lost to ULL in the Supers.

I think that is also the best SEC record ever.

And not have to play the toughest two teams in the west either. It reminds me of Georgia missing their best shot at a NC last year.

I still can't believe a team went 25-3 in the SEC. As great as this team has played, we would have to win the next 13 conference games to have a better conference record. Simply incredible.

to be honest... I didn't think USCe would get swept by unranked, hovering around .500 Florida... but they did

Same here. Even if Florida was as good as they were last year, it's strange seeing SC get swept at any time.

It was 25-5, but yeah. That was a hell of a team.

Pretty lame that USL gets the trophy on upsetting one of the most potent teams in SEC history.

It's kinda like our upset over that ridiculous A&M team in the late 80s in their regional.

Didn't LSU win 2 of 3 against them in Columbia? Was really impressive to go in there and do that to that Carolina team. And then ULL did it in the Super Regionals.
