This one was bad, 58-3 was awful, but the nadir of LSU football was that loss to a weak-arse South Carolina team at home in a downpour a week after the Jamie Howard loss at Auburn in 1994. Never felt more hopeless about LSU football than the end of that game. (Until Alleva came along)

as bad as this game was, you can see how great the atmosphere of Tiger Stadium was from the 2 minute mark to the 3:30 mark

Was there. Our seats were under the old West Upper Deck overhang in the lower bowl. Stayed dry during the monsoon.

Was there, 17yrs old, the night the Hurricanes brought a hurricane with them. Holy shite it was bad and cold. My uncle and I sat on East side too. Rest of fam were on West side under the top deck over hang dry as a whistle. My Unc and I stayed deep into the second half. He at least shared his flask of whisky to keep warm. Worst game ever witnessed in Death Valley by a mile.

LSU vs Alabama 2002 was my first LSU game. Freezing cold and then they lost 31-0.

was there. You knew it was going to rain as it got close to 80 that afternoon and was just as muggy as it could be. But no one could have predicted that monsoon. Was dating a girl at the time who was an Auburn grad/fan. The "word" from the Sugar Bowl indicated if LSU beat Miami they would select LSU in the event of a tie vs Auburn. So, she was quiet at first. When it became obvious Miami was going to win she started pulling for LSU.

I was there. The biggest monsoon I ever saw in Tiger Stadium. I remember the wind blowing the end zone pylons across the field like they were paper. I think Miami had a 10 point lead late in the 3rd quarter then it got out of hand. Steve Walsh never looked that good with the Saints.

I was there. I was sitting in one of the end zones at the top. It rained so hard at times you had trouble seeing the scoreboard in the opposite end zone. The wind blew the Ole Miss flag pole down and it hit me on the head. Made me hate Ole Miss even more. I was hoping for a close game, didn't expect a win, but we got stomped for sure.

The temperature must have dropped 30 + degrees that night in a matter of 2 hours. It started out a little muggy and drizzle and all of a sudden the downpour came ....... then the weather got bad

I was there...12 yrs old. By far the worst weather during a sporting event I've ever witnessed. Was a fun/great day until that beatdown.
