its better to win than to lose, angry friend!
UNO beat TCU and took MS to OT. LSU crushed them. that's good. winning big is better than losing or going to OT and sweating.
we need our opponents to play well to maximize NET. as I mentioned before, will wade cared about this obsessively. he is smart.
and dial down the insults and anger, you stupid frick.

think it is more so a function of how poor Mississippi St. has been. They are coming of a big loss to Kansas St, and a loss to New Mexico.
Yep. Miss St may be the worst team in the league

Easy, you two, don't make me pull this thread over.

Miss St is still an SEC team that has had ranked teams in the past and a tough out at home and UNO still went to OT on the road as well as beating TCU on the road who lost by 4 to #7 Michigan. The point is that UNO wasn’t a cupcake win . That’s all. Nothing more. And to vehemently deny that shows an emotional immaturity but then you may be a 20 yr old so that would explain it. I could care less what NC State does and I hope Wade is successful there as this isn’t about him anymore. LSU may still finish in the bottom of the SEC. We shall see but this inherent need to attack ANYTHING positive about a team some of you claim to be a fan of is absolutely ridiculous. Get a life or better yet get therapy.

losing nwoko was devastating for the bulldogs

Yes it was. Excited to see how he plays up in competition. The Center for Gonzaga was the difference maker against AL last night.

Now we’re glorifying our putrid OOC schedule with a bunch of transitive property bs just so when we go 2-18 in conference it’s not so bad. Come on now. Be better

I don't think anyone is "glorifying" LSU's schedule to date. But I also don't think it's unreasonable to at least do a bit of comparison to see if one can glean any insight from other results. UNO has played 3 major conf. teams on the road this season. They won one (TCU) lost on late shot in OT to another (MSU) and got dominated in the third (LSU) en route to a 35 point loss. The LSU game is an outlier for them. In isolation does that mean LSU is a great team? Of course not. But if you are looking for actual datapoints to suggest this LSU team MAY be different than the previous teams the UNO result, in comparison, provides some evidence that could be the case.
LSU has played a pretty crappy schedule thus far. NO ONE is denying that. But they aren't the only major conf. team who has played a crappy schedule. Yet, LSU is 4th nationally in average margin of victory after 5 games. None of McMahon's teams have done that...even against equally crappy schedules.
If you want to show people things are different...then do something different. For at least this small snapshot in the season this LSU team is doing some things differently

Yes. That's an unemotional opinion and backed by facts. t looks and feels like a different team. We will get a true indication the next couple of weeks. I watched the Gonzaga/Alabama game last night and other than Philon Bama had no one else stepping up in the 2nd half. He was a one man show. And Gonzaga center was the difference in the game and he doesn't look any more talented than Nwoko. Anxious to see how he competes against players his size. He could be the story of the year in the SEC,

We also held them to 68 points. LSU can play defense when they are committed to it. They haven’t been last 2 games. Needs to be more consistent. Both UNO and UCF will turn out to have been good tests for this team based on how they have played so far.
UCF also beat Texas A&M by 11 points. There are a lot of good signs about this year's LSU team.
