15 turnovers was the difference in that game. Has nothing to do with coaching. We do need to upgrade at PG and he’s got a young one coming of the bench and others coming in next year. But losing Reed set this team back. You may not want to hear it but it did. You have 2 players in chest and Collins who didn’t even play last year. They are still learning and growing. You have 3 freshmen that are logging major minutes. The only players with experience are spears, Carter and fountain. If they take care of the ball they have an opportunity to win. And having Ward would have helped. Had Reed not gone down though there wasn’t any PT for him. Needed to win that game but no reason to go off the deep end yet.

Mm is not good or average as a college men's basketball coach your teams don't continue to turn the ball over every year at such high rate and be even and average coach,he for some reason can't seem to fix this. How's that an average coach, oh and by the way how can Texas A&M hire buzz Williams and he has them in the top half of the league these last few years but Woodward hires this clown. Tell me how he was the best option,it just doesn't make sense!

Last year, yes. in 2022-2023 11-7 in the SEC and 22-15 overall. In 2021-2022 7-11 in the SEC and 19-17 overall. Dumpster fire the four seasons before that.

It's amazing how really good players make any college coach 'appear' to be a great coach. One of the worst coaches ever, Dale Brown, recruited some great players that made him 'appear' to be way better than he actually was.
I have no idea if MM is a good coach or not. He certainly hasn't had players make him 'appear' great, but he surely has had players make him 'appear' a terrible coach.
