Well, if she's really mad then she's pretty selfish! Tell her that you're free to spend your time at a game as you see fit JUST as she's free to get married on a game day as she saw fit! If she's STILL mad then tell her to kiss your arse!

How close are you? Because if you just work together and she's really pissed, her priorities are screwed up and there's a better than average chance you can make one of her subsequent weddings.
