Bunch of monster pussies in this thread. Guess we outta throw every RB that lowers his head out of the game too. Yea the guy lead with helmet into Malachis shoulder. Malachi dropped a bit and took some on the chin.
It sucks but but yall need to get over yourselves. Its still football. Guess yall wanna watch intramural flag football in the future.

ETA: So its actually illegal for a RB to lower head now. Geezus this sport is going in the tank.

Cheap shot from a dude who probably will not even make the roster.

That was a clean tackle not a cheap shot. He put his head in his chest just because he hit him hard doesn't mean it was a cheap shot. This is football not 2 hand touch.

Hit was pretty bad man. Dude launched himself and led with crown.

This. It's the only issue. He led with the crown of the helmet. Can't do that.

I'm not the one whining about a football hit that 90% of the blow landed in the shoulder....... dont claim to be tough, but I'm definitely not a snowflake bitch like several people in here

How come nobody is crying over the Kamara / Campbell collision in Saints game last night??? Both players lowered their heads, but the defender is the one who got knocked out... where are all the pitchforks in that scenario??? Or are yall really just mad that it was an ex-LSU player in this case????

As an LSU and a Packer fan I have no problem with that hit. Nothing dirty about it. Sounds like he'll be just fine.

So It's legal in the NFL to lead with the crown of your helmet?
You haven't been paying attention for quite some time

I don't know if there is some technical rule about the crown or not, but Malachi wasn't defenseless on that play. And I've never seen a penalty called in a scenario where the player wasn't defenseless.

As a runner, it's your responsibility to protect yourself.

I didn't see anything wrong with that hit.

The tackler literally launched himself with his arms completely to his sides, and torpedoed into Dupre leading with the crown of his helmet. He didn't even attempt to fake like he was trying to wrap up.

You don't see anything wrong with that?

The hit was about as illegal as it can get and the type that could paralyze a player for life. A textbook example of how NOT to tackle.

1) He clearly LAUNCHED himself (his arms were down by his side, not even attempting to wrap him up).
2) He clearly LED WITH THE CROWN of his head.

Illegal and dangerous. Plain and simple.

3) You're an idiot.

Hahahaha. You're so salty. He shouldnt have led with crown, but for christs sake, Dupre was a live ball carrier and he hit mostly in the shoulder...Dupre was dropping which led to chin contact.....
Yall are so sensitive

So now you're admitting it was illegal and he led with his crown.

As soon as the refs who were standing there do, I'll come find you and apologize. Until then it was simply football.

Give me your address and I'll send you some baby powder, Xanax and a stuffed teddy bear

That hit was scary looking as hell. The guy was out cold and posturing with both arms and legs! Wasn't Kamara's fault, but still feel bad for the guy. I hope he's OK as well.
