I think that's stupid. Want to save some real money Wall Street Journal - move your headquarters from Midtown. Now we're talking about elimination of waste.

I liken it to when you pop in to a boutique town...The things you notice and that set it apart are those little extras (i.e., sidewalk lamps, brick streets, outdoor seating, fountains...). It's what you remember and makes you want to come back.

This. It was not paid for by taxes, it was not paid for by LSU, it was a fee added on to students, voted and approved by students.
