Just read a South Carolina message board and they mentioned how shocked they were at how many people left early and how it never got very loud. I have to agree with them. We're a shell of our former selves most games and it's a damn shame.

LSU does not need a 102K seat stadium. It rarely sells out. Even when it does there are a few thousand open seats, mainly upper deck . 75K would probably fit the size of the crowd on 80% of the games. Our stadium s/b more like Ark, Ky, Mizzou and OM. We are not going to pack them in like Kyle Field, Gators, UGA or bama.

Disagree vehemently. Fix the atmosphere and people will stay.

There are a lot of reasons, but this is my number one. It was 9 o’clock and it was halftime for a game that was supposed to start at 6:45 PM. It’s beyond absurd, especially when you have to drive back to New Orlean

I swear the last 2 minutes of the first half took 20 minutes to play.

You probably show up to campus right before kickoff don't you?

I don’t know if he does, but I get there about an hour to an hour and a half before kickoff.

Traffic isn’t bad and I cruise in in to my lot. I can stop and say hi to a friend and drink a beer if I want.

And I stay for the whole game.

Cheaper, safer, more comfortable to watch the game in my back yard.

This is how it is now.

It got too corporate and stadium is too big.

the traffic leaving is horrendous.

I’m gonna sound like an old man but the band barely plays anymore. It’s all piped in music. It has its place for sure but I don’t like that it is the main source of music.

Tiger Band played only three times in the first half Saturday night.

They tried a couple more times but the piped in music was blasted over them.

LSU fans are spoiled and soft, and have been for years.

You seem to think it’s only an LSU problem. The problem is across the nation.

I’ve been in the NEZ since the 80’s and stay till the end. The stadium atmosphere sucks except for very few games.

Not really. Auburn always looks packed, and they have been a miserable team for a while. Kyle Field is always packed no matter what. Neyland is always packed. Stop making excuses for LSU, it's a real problem, and LSU fans need to do better.

How are all these other teams like Georgia, Alabama, Penn state, and ole miss full the entire game?

They aren’t. Ole Miss was more empty than we were at the end of their game.

A quick google search of each field tells you you’re absolutely incorrect lol, but continue on thinking it’s just LSU.

No LSU needs to do better. Nobody wants to bring their family to that shite show people call tailgating because of the culture they have let infiltrate a good time. It’s fricking unacceptable. People shouldn’t have to worry about a stray bullet hitting them or their family or seeing a fat bitch with her titties hanging out twerking her nasty arse all over the place. It’s much easier to stay at home and watch it on the big screen. Just can’t have nice things anymore it seems.
