What airport do you fly to when going to Green Bay?
You can fly into Green Bay, but you might be able to save some money flying into Milwaukee and renting a car from there. It's about 100 miles.

I promise you it won't be as awesome as you think it will be. Green Bay is a nothing town and the stadium is small.
They might do some sort of shuttle form Chicago (they do for Packer Games), so you could stay there, catch a Cubs or Sox game, etc., but staying in Green Bay would be pretty lame.

If giving up one home game in order to see LSU play at Lambeau freakin fields is what we've got to, I'm all for it! The most historic venue in almost all of football. Certainly top 5, IMO.

So are we going to Arizona State and playing at Lambeau in 2016? Sweet.

So should we quit calling it "saturday night in death valley" and start with "most likely saturday in texas"?
ridiculous

in 2016 we'll be a top 5 team imo
No doubt. The 2014 recruting class will be starting that season as Jrs. Fournette, Noil, Willis, etc.
We'll be stacked in 2016.

Chicago is too far away to make it a commute for the game. Milwaukee is a blast & this date is just missing Octorber Fest. But lots to do & a ton of old, historic bars. G.Bay is good for one day sight seeing if you're into the Packers' history but it really is small town USA.

Water Street is a pretty good time. Milwaukee feels like a miniaturized version of Chicago.

I piss on Lambeau. And the entire pathetic state of Wisconsin.
Everyone going to the game should stay in Chicago, a real city, then take buses to Lambeau.

Wisconsin is 2.5 hours from Green Bay.

The Superdome would make more sense than Houston. But, we need to keep competitive in the Houston recruiting market with A&M coming into th SEC, so I can buy that logic.
This. If LSU insisted on Home and Home we'd be playing a lot more Furman and a lot less Wisconsin.

WHAT are you talking about ? We dropped a home/home with TCU and SOLD a home game to Jerryworld AGAIN...what did the home fans get in return ?????? An OOC home schedule with Furman,UAB and Kent St. !!!! How much worse can you get ??????????
Wake up fans we're being sold down the river by Alleva ! Next years BIG game is in Houston and we open with ULM ! Don't forget the ticket price increase coming for next year....perfect timing ! lol
IF, LSU is actually making mega-bucks for all of these "neutral site games"....WHY do we have an impending ticket price increase for a HUGELY diminished OCC home schedule ????

I'm pretty sure NEITHER are better venues for a college football game.....WHY expand your stadium with additional club seats/suites and the SELL every potentially good OOC home game ?
WHAT are the fans not being told ? Don't give me the recruiting angle...we get how many kids out of the Dallas area per year ? A few out of the Houston area, but I'll bet they were "sold" on LSU by ATTENDING games AT TIGER STADIUM !

LSU is testing the waters for a move either to Houston or Green Bay. This is just like Benson flirting with San Antonio all over again!!!1!!!111!!
