LSU will be fine. You won't find a more incompetent group of people. It'll probably take 4 years for them to conduct this investigation.

Never underestimate the politicizing and weaponization of bureaucrats. Have you not learned anything from the last 20 years?

... and nothing from Rouses stating that they need to reevaluate their relationship with LSU because they're against this behavior? Says alot about their loyalty in partnership. They take a much higher road than I would.

Yeah. Supporting a racist, communist organization should be a priority when students are getting raped on campus!

So the Dept of Education can investigate? Oh that's what we need another government agency with police powers. Guess the the Dept of Energy and Dept of HHS will have police powers next.

With all the asinine kangaroo courts we saw as a result of Obama’s Title IX legislation at other schools, I fail to see lsu not abiding as a bad thing.

LSU under investigation by DOE for Sexual Assault

Hopefully this is a preemptive investigation for what we do to Alabama this year

Yeah, support a Marxist political group who really could care less about the black lives that don't advance their agenda.

And your down votes won't make my statement false.

Sorry, LSU shouldn't support marxist ideals. Marxist have killed far more people than cops, or even white supremacists.

Does this revelation mean LSU won’t release the report from that law firm chosen to self investigate LSU’s actions regarding Title IX?

This revelation might be used as an excuse for LSU not to release their self generated report and to keep their files from prying eyes.

The agency I worked for in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania honored the Clery's at our Annual Fundraiser one year. Sat right next to them. Their Nonprofit was located in King of Prussia, PA at the time.

Now it's known as The Clery Center and I trained the Executive Director to be a Certified Sexual Assault Counselor when she was a student at St. Joseph's and worked with her for a brief time at Victims Services Center in Norristown, PA.

If colleges would do what the law required they would not have these messes.

The concern for victims of sexual assault at LSU in this thread is heartwarming.

Concern for victims has nothing to do with calling out the insanity of current Title IX rules and enforcement, or the fact that an organization like the DOE will be investigating something like this. If you really want justice for women who have been assaulted, how do you expect to get it from a school tribunal with no due process or the fricking DOE?
