According to Chip Brown from Longhorn 24/7, LSU fans have bought up to 30,000 tickets on the secondary market.

Texas is probably the state with the most LSU fans other than LA so its not really a shock.

They then quickly sold them all to Georgia and Alabama fans for a quick profit...

True. Austin is less than 450 miles from Baton Rouge.

I hope he's right, but I have always wondered how someone would have this information.

I don't believe it. They only gave us 3,000 nosebleed seats.

How can they tell from the secondary market which is mainly via StubHub or Seat Geek. I suppose they could assume that a buyer in Louisiana is an LSU fan. But it's not as fair of an assumption that a buyer in Texas is a UT fan.

I bought three from a broker and I live in Texas.

I’m thinking 15 to 20k. No way it’s 30k.

I'm not sure about the stadium, but there is going to be a ton of P&G in Austin this weekend.

I hope Chip Brown is correct, but how could he ever have access to this information?

I’ll be a purple dot in lower level section 17. I’ll be the one standing and screaming as loud as possible when Texas is on offense.

Sorry, not sorry.

I’ll never forget how snobby these assholes were at the Cotton Bowl.
Just going through the turnstiles some douche had to announce that he was an attorney, which just brought the reaction of Tiger fans, “yep, you seem like a piece of shite.”

I will be totally shocked if our numbers are anywhere near that. Frankly I’ll be happy if we have between 5 and 10k there, as I’m thinking that’s way more realistic and would still be a presence that will be felt and heard. More than that and I’ll be thrilled.
