Right now only Dawkins, Alleva, FKA, 14 and Irish want the tapes in.

I never said I "want" the tapes in. Don't put words in my mouth and don't infer things I have not stated. I HAVE stated that I am a WW fan and want this all worked out so he can be our coach again. I DO NOT want WW to be our coach if he is dishonest. The "wins" are not worth the loss of integrity. My stance has always been to let this play out. Don't assume FKing and JA have screwed everything up. Also, don't assume WW is innocent or guilty (even though the wiretaps sound pretty bad). I refuse to defend dishonest behavior. Everyone on this board that wants WW reinstated "at any cost" is misguided. If there is evidence out there that exonerates WW, I want to see it come out and clear this up ASAP. If there is evidence out there that that shows WW to be dishonest, I want him gone.

So, can the FBI share a summary of the wiretaps? Can the FBI charge WW with bribery (or attempted bribery)?
Nope.

Damn you people are freaking idiots. What part of one is a GOVERNMENT AGENCY AND THE OTHER IS A PRIVATE ORGANIZATION DON’T YOU UNDERSTAND? WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU?

Yea, you're not dramatic at all.

And we wouldn’t be going through this drama if King handled this situation with more skill. If he would have handled it better he would have gained more respect from the LSU community, would have elevated his political authority over Wade and would have avoided the potential loss of 10s of millions of dollars from LSU.

So, you must know what is on all of the wiretaps. My point is that we don't know. Since WW is already on the wiretaps talking to a convicted felon and incriminating himself, there may very well be additional evidence we are unaware of.

You keep on convincing yourself you are right. One day you'll be on the supreme court.
Congrats!!

I thought Wade was being called in as a defense witness in the Dawkins case. So that isn’t the case? Why exactly did the Feds decide they didn’t want Wade testifying?

I dealt with the the government most of my 30 year professional career so i do know a little about it. The NCAA is not a governmental agency

Talking out of both sides of your mouth. FWIW, he was not talking to a convicted felon. Dawkins wasn't convicted until late 2018. The phone call in question took place in 2017.

yeah - so OLOL has ZERO impact on the knee jerk reaction? This Admins normal reaction to everything is so far from normal for a mature organization as a your mind is from being brilliant.
Here read this email little boy. Money talks

With the recent public launch of the Fierce for the Future Campaign, I hope you will soon feel a great sense of pride in what you are reading about LSU, though I understand that the campaign vision won’t negate the concerns you expressed. The LSU Foundation, specifically, is not in a position to address your concerns. We are in a position to encourage people to make an impact by giving, and we respect your decision not to give at this time.

Let that sink in. There is no NCAA or FBI investigation into LSU. None.

Even if the dialogue on the tapes turn out to be real, and the NCAA somehow gets them ( they won't, its illegal since Will Wade is not part of the FBI investigation ), Nothing on the tapes would be grounds for punishment from the NCAA.

There is no payment, there is no proof that a payment was even considered. There is only a Yahoo story.

Its embarrassing that we are the only school that suspended our coach based on nothing but a media report.

Pete Thamel accused of bribery & lying on Tyrann Mathieu story

You a dummy. Stop starting stupid threads, he was not suspended for the story.

yep and it hurt their case because they implied that it would turn into a sympathy issue. That’s lawyer speak for we are screwed if they all testify as to how the system really works. There is more money people involved than these few little pissant wannabe agents your freaking moron. Phil Knight? How about these billionaires that have control over these companies being held accountable for “rogue employees”? Let’s say that X billionaire donates X money to said politicians and judges campaigns...

You've had Wade tried, convicted, and sentenced from Day#1.

You've established that unless Wade exonerates himself, he must be guilty.
You've held that position even after Smart was reinstated to the team.
Given your posts, your claim to be "a WW fan" is bizarre at best.
It comes across as patent dishonesty.

It did. Smart was cleared. What part of that do you not get?

About what?

First off, Wade did not "refuse to meet".
In fact, he agreed immediately to a meeting with Alleva.
Secondly, he subsequently met this past Friday. . . . . yet he is still suspended, it seems.

That returns us to "About what?" . . . . . nothing but a Pete Thamel story.

I don’t think anyone with a brain assumed it would be lifted immediately, considering whatever he has been hiding was shady enough for him to bypass coaching his team in the NCAA Tournament. Certainly some sorting & follow ups are going on.
