always thought Phillips was overrated as a coach but he would come up with some good quips from time to time, think he said something about Campbell like "i don't know if he's in a class by himself but whatever class he's in it doesn't take long to call the roll"

I don't know if that quote is accurate or not, but I miss the days where coaches weren't so terrified of saying the "wrong" thing to the media and didn't just give banal "coachspeak" answers.
Of course, Brian Kelly tried to do that following the FSU game last year. The result was a horribly mis-stated quote of a former HC. So maybe Kelly should stick to coachspeak.
