Wait, since we’re in a better position overall than OU sports, we shouldn’t strive to be better? Now you’re satisfied? I’m so confused

We should never pay 2 million for a softball coach..never. I would force a pitching coach then give BT the remainder of her contract which ensures the next two elite classes come in. In 2028 evaluate and make a decision then

That’s why in sec games they were 4th in runs scored. If you know anything about baseball the great great hitters swing less often than the average players. Might also want to look at how many times Oklahoma, Florida and a few others walk.

And water is wet.
Lsu pays her like a top coach and LSU doesn't get a roi on softball

She is paid in the top 15 and that’s about where they are consistently. The contract is up in 28, we will either find a new coach or she will have proven she deserves an extension.

Her contract is up in 28, but I think a decision on an extension or "letting her go" will be made at the end of next year.

If they wait until 28, she won't be able to recruit if the players know that she's going into her last year with no extension.

Everyone knows she should be gone. It’s like a broken record

For the salary they're paying Beth and her staff, we should be getting more,

Until you look at the rest of the league and see many are paying the same or more.

All you people who want her fired is it because of no championships ? If so are you willing to pay the next coach more and the AD losing more money even if you get championships. She is not a losing coach has a decent record considering the lack of support and lack of NIL.If it weren’t for title 9
There wouldn’t be any women’s sports at most schools, they lose to much money. If LSU fires BETH they need to shut down the program and save close to a million a year.

Beth has had plenty of support from the LSU athletic administration.

Why would we have to pay more for a better coach? I’m sure Gasso, Walton, Murphy, Perez all didn’t commanded enormous salaries when they were hired at their respective schools. I’d be willing to bet we could get better for cheaper just maybe not proven. Really, what had Beth proved before we hired her? She could win at a mid? There’s plenty out there like that. Some of yall should up your expectations for all sports.
