I won't be surprised if Sullivan sneaks into the draft on size alone. Someone could take a chance in the 7th on a 6'4 240 guy with 4.5 speed in the combine.

I wouldn't be shocked if Dillon gets a serious look as well

Nothing to be ashamed of by not being a starting WR on this team

Tho players like Divinity & Charles may be flagged & already enter the league in the drug program. Could skip. Not sure it’s going to matter much with Fulton but guess it could

what is the record? Jesus put that in perspective. It's a ton of players

It's crazy how far we came compared to last year's roster.

Last year IMO was at the bottom of talent pool we have had in the past 20 years.

Another thing to note, a Long Snapper has been drafted in the last 5 Drafts. Ferguson is the top guy in this years draft.

I actually believe 23-26 guys from this year's roster will be on an NFL roster to begin the 2022 season. More than 30 will be on a roster at some point between 2020 and 2022.

Think we have a shot to tie the record of 14. Always gotta figure one more than what the experts are predicting.

Updated. Potentially so. This is why I laugh at the 2010 Auburn comparisons. Only 6 players drafted in the 2011, 2012 & 2013 drafts combined.

Better comparison is 2013 Florida State. Which is the only other recent team to come close to this years LSU squad. Saw a tweet that said that all 22 starters on FSU's offense and defense made the NFL plus the kicker.

LSU stays ahead to me based off strength of schedule and having a playoff versus a one game championship against a 1-loss Auburn.

From your list if I had to guess 2 or 3 that might not be drafted, I would say Lawrence, Phillips, maybe Charles. Over the years, LSU OL (Charles in this case) have not been the favorites of NFL teams during the draft.

That’s quite the hot take

FYI - Only 32 guys get taken in the 1st Round.

But overall, I see us getting 15 guys drafted.

1st Round
1. Joe Burrow - QB
2. Grant Delpit - S

2nd Round
3. Jefferson - WR
4. Fulton - CB
5. CEH - RB
6. Chaisson - OLB
7. Cushenberry - C

3rd Round
8. Queen - LB
9. Lewis - OG
10. Lawrence - DL

4th Round
11. Moss - TE Maybe 3rd Round
12. Magee - OG
13. Phillips - LB

5th Round
14. Saadiq Charles - OL
15. Michael Divinity - OLB

6th - 7th Round
16. Fehoko ???

I think Traore, Dillon and Sullivan get invited to camps.

Edited.

I saw a mock that had Lawrence going in the first round. Doubt that happens but I promise you he gets drafted

Mock drafts have LSU getting a minimum of 4 1st rounders...Burrow, Delpit, Fulton, and Chaisson but I wouldn't be surprised if only 2 or 3 actually are in 1st. I won't go into specific ordinal drafting like you did but I think Lawrence is very borderline getting drafted at all. Phillips I think is also too high. And I have as good of a chance as Fehoko getting drafted and I'm pretty sure I'm off the board.

Don't bet the ranch on Lawrence getting drafted. I have seen 0 mock drafts that have Lawrence in either the 1st or 2nd round. At best, he is a mid to late round guy. If I were him and had things to do the first 2 draft days, run the errands. MAYBE he gets drafted on day 3...maybe.

Not only will Lawrence get drafted but he’ll be a solid 4-3 DT in the nfl

Lawrence & Phillips are locks to be drafted

The only way Charles doesn’t get picked is if teams don’t like his off field stuff. He’s gaining a lot of traction recently for his play

Queen will probably have a very good combine and with the way he played late in the season go in the 2nd round
