They look good. But when you watch on tv it just doesn’t look like lsu at all. Nothing grabs your eye

Why not?
The last two times LSU has won the matchup (2021 and 2023) they were wearing the all white uniforms.
The players clearly love them (see every recruiting photo session). It's not my preference. But I'm not playing either.

It’s getting to be too often. There is nothing special about our all whites. All whites are an objectively good uniform combo in sports. Nothing better than our classic gold/white/gold.

Should be something like:
Traditional whites - 8 games
All white - 1-2
WPW - 1-2
GPG - 1
Any ranked matchup or playoff game should be traditional whites.
The GWW combo can go in the trash.

I like the gold-purple-gold for 1 game
All white for a mid or late season non conference
Then the real uniforms for every other game
Can’t imagine they’ll wear alternates for bama.

GPG (regular purples, not any sort of "alternate")

non-traditionals

White helmets have become a cliche. Everybody and their mom has a set with white helmets (except the major programs that win national titles). How about staying on brand for a big game?
