Can we anonymously send Joe an escort and tell the cops he's engaging in human trafficking?

FWIW talking to someone is not doing business with someone.

They are setting it up so he has no choice but to lie to them. Of course he’s paid players. Anyone who thinks he hasn’t is a delusional idiot.

Every coach we have on staff couldn’t say what they want Wade to say without lying.

Read LSU's statement. They wanted to show institutional control, and rightfully so. Your made up statement does not show that, and saying "they can put it off for a few weeks" surely doesnt.

Why can't they tell the NCAA that LSU and Wade will cooperate fully once the FBI investigation is over? Until then, Will Wade has been advised by attorneys to withhold making any statements.

Im sure they could have. The doesn't open Wade up to being able to coach though.

Even if that's true, what is incorrect about the quote in the OP?

He would be coaching if this were any other school.

And it won’t get better until wholesale changes are made. Alexander, Alleva and James Williams need to go. They couldn’t manage a lemonade stand, much less a university.

JBE better pay attention.

So what did they tell Wade in Oct '18? Dont worry about it Will. weve got your back? Or, Will dont breathe a word about this to anybody. and we'll do our best to forget it ever happened?

Go back and read LSU's statement from last week. They most certainly invited the NCAA.

NCAA enforcement couldn’t find its arse with both hands. The Cam Newton debacle proved that

If Will leaves LSU, where will he go? Professional coaching ranks? I agree that LSU is a hot mess, but I cannot imagine that ANY college administrative boards would approve his hire right now. Maybe he has enough money to be set for life and not have to work or could go to Europe...but I can't imagine that he is a hot commodity right now.

Umm..His team is ranked #9 in the country. Are you sure about that? That took one hell of a coaching job. Now a rag-tag administration like this won't hire him, but one who knows how to deal with these situations more deftly will. Bruce Pearl is still coaching. Sean Miller still coaching. Bill Self (with the very specific $150K, house, and job implications) is still coaching.

They wanted to fire Wade before any of this even came out. They're trying to make a scandal out of it so that they appear justified in doing so.

They're not fooling as many people as they seem to think.

It doesn't preclude him from coaching either. Nothing has been proven. What is so hard for you to grasp about that? All of this is reactionary BS to something that only has legs in the court of public opinion (and the only reason for that is because LSU decided to basically set up a perjury trap for Wade and his lawyer correctly said to get fricked).

Love your virtue signalling... You are wrong.

Tar and Feather Wade, no due process allowed.
I never said that. LSU should fully look into this, but it’s not quite as easy when the coach refuses to explain. But the tapes are damning, so the suspensions are reasonable.

I’m merely responding to the nutty folks here that think Wade did nothing wrong and should be reinstated.
