A&m has lost six in a row. They are better at home though, and tied with us in a must win game for both. I thought LSU would right the ship against OM then for sure against Vandy. LSU may win by 30, but not falling for it again. I can't remember the last time LSU covered.

We need this win, but it l’s certainly not a “must win” for us. This is a quad 1 game that would help us tremendously to win though.
Now the next three vs. MSU, UGA, & USC are absolutely must win games. Lose a couple of those and there is a real chance we don’t make the NCAA tournament

Look for LSU to fall behind by at least 20 in the first half. Use a run second half to get within 4 or so. Lose by 9. This has been the pattern last three games against bad teams. See no reason for it to change against the aggies.. 78-69

Lol they've lost 4 straight. C'mon Joe

I doubt a&m has the firepower to do that

It’s been the case all season long, even non-conference games

It’s a must win to lsu fans because y’all are dumb. But if lsu loses they aren’t out of the tournament. So, it’s not a must win. TAMU loses this it’s over for them. We still are 16th in NET and it’s a Quad 1 game on the road. Hardly a “must win”. Y’all really don’t understand this terminology AT ALL. Meanwhile TAMU is 70th in NET and would have to go on a monumental run to close out

quote:Vegas doesn't care who wins. Vegas sets the line solely based on what they think bettors will do, and they adjust the line as needed to try to get equal money on both sides and they pocket the 10% vig.
Why does Vegas keep picking us when we literally suck.
Vegas only cares about bettors' actions - they don't give a hoot about who wins.

Vegas doesn't care, you're right. But this notion that they set lines solely for a 10 percent vig isn't entirely true. What's better, setting a line that is split or setting a line that sucks in everybody and they clean up?

LSU has 8 conference games + SEC tourney. They need 4 wins in those games. They get those they can get a single digit seed.

LSU hit the team total OVER in the last A&M game. Don't see now reason to stray away from it here. If not for the atrocious offense in the final two minutes vs Vanderbilt (lost by 0.5), LSU would have hit the team total OVER in 4 of their last 6.

Statistically you're right it's not over but mentally if we lose this or vs S. Carolina or UGA then IT'S OVAH!!!!!
