exactly

jake is a smart guy and knows alot about sports but his problem is he doesn't know nearly what he thinks he knows. I doubt there is anyone alive who knows as much as he thinks he knows.

no one plays like this anymore, its really not even allowed if they wanted too

you can be a great player and not be a cocky thug or talk trash.

talking trash and being cocky doesnt go hand in hand with winning ball games

OK, Ponchy is right and here's my last post on the matter. Slow, you should print your last post out and read it 20 years from now. Maybe by that time you will have experienced enough about life to know that, although it is a big business, football is still just a game. These are not warriors. You stated some crap about white America vs. "urban" or some other phony claptrap you've learned somewhere. Maybe you should look in the mirror and ask yourself what you think about "urban" people. Maybe you are the one who is trivializing them. Maybe you look at them as "things" and not people. I don't look at football players as "warriors". That's ridiculous and, frankly, very childish. They're young men playing a child's game. You sounded like Kelvin Winslow from that famous "soldier" clip. That's how punks talk, not men.

No, man. Not to beat a dead horse, you are clearly not going to "get it" but everyone knew what was happening. Miami wasn't nearly as respected as you think they were. To use the term semi pro would be appropriate. Everyone knew shite was going on. I am sure we know more, but this didn't happen in shadows.

Give it up man, you can't reason with SFP, he is smarter than everyone. He is all knowing, even thou he was barely out of diapers when them Miami teams were in there prime. I am just curious since he knows so much why he isn't he coaching? recruiting? or working in the media?

Because he's a fat ambulance chaser who lives in Lake Charles. SlowFlowPro wants to be a Vanilla Soulja.

Its just as wrong. Rules are rules. To compare Miami circa 1985 to the present LSU team is ludicrous. If LSU is found as guilty as Miami for institutionalized mayhem and cheating the program should take a few years off.
