I would def prefer ruzic over dioubate.

dioubate is an effort guy who doesn't seem to have awesome basketball skills.

whether ruzic and dessert can play together, I dunno, I would like to see it

This is so transparent coming from you.

Want to be able to say “Wade got bounced in the first round with a final four roster”

the honest man critiques things actually said, not things he imagines will be said, based on the opposite of a long history of my massive support for wade which is literally unmatched in human history.

again, for whatever reason there are weirdos online who make up things. I think its for attention.

use real quotes, not imagined ones.

I think Ruzic and Mo may rotate who starts depending on the game and the matchup of the opponent. Really feel like Bashir will come in and see if he is on or not. if he is on he will play starter minutes and most of the game. if he is having an off night shooting he will play less minutes. I agree with the other 4 starters listed without a doubt.

Maybe early, but Wade really likes to have a set rotation going into conference play. The last two years, the first half substitutions and minutes were very predictable.

I don’t see how Ruzic does not start

He looked good against UCF

Pretty sure Wade wants Mo starting with his SEC experience and grit he plays with, Ruzic will easily play 20-25MPG though

Who starts and doesn't is pretty irrelevant, we have 8 guys who will play a ton and stretch that to 9 or 10 at times with Nunez and Levy getting spot time here and there as needed

Exactly, the 8 player rotation is clear and will all get similar minutes (except Dent who may be a little higher than others). Nunez and Levy will get spot minutes.

yeah I suspect you are right.

I am just very excited about ruzic. that one move he made where he took it from the top of the key to the rack and made a little mini-hook, it was very encouraging.

maybe levy can be like a chess piece inserted in to counter when the other team has a bruising one dimensional 7 foot monster so the others don't have to foul him.

I dunno that nunez isn't out fairly long term as I think he may have just had foot surgery.

I agree. To the guy who said there is no way Ruzic isn't a starter; I think Ruzic is solid, but he'll have to show the ability to play the high post/perimeter if we think him and Dessert are on the floor at the same time a lot this year. We shall see though. It's a good problem to have.

If Ruzic is a 6th man type player on this team, we are going to be very very good.

We just had a guard drop 26 on a b12 team and he might not start

This team has some very very quality depth, it just doesn't go super deep beyond the 8

Pretty heavy drop-off after the top 8 and then a monumental drop-off after the 10th guy. So we really can't afford any long term injuries to the top 8 this season

Slow down hoss.. Let's make the tourney first. Sweet 16 would be a great first year for general wade.

For people who have not seen Dessert.

He's a rim runner on offense, most of his points will come off of dunks and almost exclusively in the paint. His free throw shooting is atrocious.

He is a plus rim protector and does well for a big man out in space against smaller players. Defense is definitely his strong suit.

Pretty excited for Niang, he should be legit.

Also a lineup with dent, clark,Bashir might not do much else but boy it should be able to get shots up

Which from what I’ve seen in the two exhibitions this is exactly what we need.

Looks to be a team with a lot of complimentary pieces with the ability to change in and out depending on what we need for that night.
