It won't take much. What he's had is powerful stuff. We're good, still probably the 5th best team in the conference.

A&M sure looked good today and the win in the swamp is an achievement for them.
I like our coaching and experienced QB. If he can play with improving control we will be able to compete with anyone and our schedule is still better than several better teams.

Offensively we can hang with anyone. Defensively not so much.
Not a chance in hell we would hold Tennesse to 14 points the way Arky did tonight. Or Mizzou to 10 points.

Texas is clear number 1
The beat 2-3 Colorado State 52-0, which also has a 28-9 loss to Colorado.
They have a 51-3 win over ULM (doesn't mean much either).
They have a 56-7 win over UTSA, which also took at 49-10 beatdown from Texas St, the week before
They have a 35-13 win over 1-4 Miss. St., which also has losses to Florida, Toledo, and Arizona State
The only significant win is a 31-12 win against Michigan, which doesn't look a lot different Washington beating them 27-17 this week. Michigan is 4-2 and squeaked out 3-point wins over USC and Minnesota with a 10-point win over Arkansas State. That win isn't looking nearly as impressive.
So let's see if they can get past Oklahoma and Georgia in the next two weeks (followed by the unstoppable juggernaut that is Vanderbilt). Then we'll know what they can do.
