CEH is gonna be a top tier Sec back when he gets another camp season to develop. We need Emery & Davis badly. Especially because Curry still is a ? Mark as far as how good he can be.

He was hired LITERALLY so that he could hit the ground running because this was NOT a rebuild.**

Be honest...if you want to include his time as interim (I wouldn't, but than I consider that job wholly different than being the full time head coach) then this week's game against Arkansas will be his 31st game wearing the big boy headset. At what point CAN he be judged...?

**BTW...for those declaring this a rebuild now...who in their right mind would have hired Ed Orgeron to rebuild a Power 5 powerhouse program?

it's only at LSU where offensive reclamation projects take 5+ years to happen, and even then, they rarely ever result in any big changes or positive results.

The offense will suck against Alabama if no changes are made.

That's why so many people are talking about it now.

Honestly I don’t think any of these plays are new.

The frequency we run them is for sure.

But we ran zone running under Les

We had a lot of these passing concepts under Les.

We ran read option under Les

Maybe we added RPOs but we really don’t run them that often.

Saying the team is learning a whole new offense, like they haven’t run a inside zone before is disingenuous.

And honestly, college offenses need to be installed quickly.

If we were 9-3 or 8-4 but had an up tempo exciting offense I think many fans would be ok with it because it takes a few years to transition and be good at it. I love being 7-1 heading to the Bama game. I am also proud of O for doing a solid coaching job so far but we saw this with Les. 9-10 wins good D but atrocious offense. LSU fans are sick of the pitiful offensive product. If it means an extra loss or two so be it but change the fkin offense !!

That was the rumor. What if the truth was...they couldn’t learn it...and it had nothing to do with the coach trying to teach it...the players just couldn’t grasp the concepts....

People keep saying our scheme was too simple...

Well damn it get some boys on the line that can learn a more complex scheme....

Stop evaluating boys just for physical attributes....an o linemen requires a well rounded amount of skill...

Until that changes, we won’t ever run a complex scheme....

Next year we will be shitty again BUT we will have some hot shot 4 star QB that will commit and the Rant will demand we not judge the coaches until the new savior is a 5th year senior

No qb ever will change a damn thing...until you get the right kind of talent on the line...

I don’t care if his name is Cam Newton....he’ll just be a beat up Cam Newton by seasons end...

I don't understand all the negativity after the Bama game.
How many years now have we been in this offensive rebuild? A decade?
