We just witnessed Sat night, that EdO isn't rebuilding it either

That was proven when he hired SE as OC

You could see it in every game, except UGA, that Saturday was coming.

It's been the exact same as 2016 with SE. Able to move the ball with limited success against limited teams but struggles with in game adjustments. Then when playing top D's, he gets stoned. This is Miles' offense just ran out of Shotgun base set, same passing tree and power run. If you watch games SE called in 2016 compared to 2018, what is the difference??

We've been in rebuild mode now since 2012 right? Convenient excuse

He hit the lottery and is repeating what the previous coach was canned for, unbelievable. Actually proving people right by saying that any coach could win here

This is mind boggling to me. If LSU is really and truly his dream job, then why isn't O doing EVERYTHING in his power to make sure he keeps it? Right now he's on the same path that got Miles canned.

I think he honestly tried in the beginning. He thought, with out a shadow of doubt, that Lane was coming here. Expected him to show loyalty, like he had shown him by following Lane from job to job. Once Lane didn't come, he had no answer and running the buddy system with SE. This isn't family, it's business and you have to make tough decisions. Fire SE and swing away! Even if you fail, you have made a shite ton of money and a lower tier team will come calling after the job you just did, putting the Ole miss fiasco to rest. Swing away Ed...swing away.

i havent read your post, just the title. if your explanation is that we are in a re-build mode this year, what is your explanation for the past several other years?

our offense is chronically ranked near the bottom of the SEC and NCAA.

I don't blame Orgeron for saying it: everyone makes those kinds of promises. I blame Alleva for buying it, like the half-witted sucker he is

Half the offensive lineman transferred or were processed. I would think that changed things somewhat. Nobody deliberately lied. People that claim that all of these lies were told generally have a preschooler's grasp on things.

Why split hairs on that? This O.C. is horrible. That's the point.

you can't believe this. they had a 5 star all American and 2 5 star all sec oline, and then 2 4 stars to round it off.

not one of our guys even sniffs an honorable mention, yet you think their oline was not more talented? does not compute.

Bama's Oline is talented and works well as a unit.

LSU's Oline is less talented, and works with minimal continuity because of injuries/suspensions.

The difference was night and day Sat night.

I agree as well. Every good offensive coach realizes that turnovers are a part of the game, and they allow their QB to have some freedom within the offense. We freak out about turnovers and it gets in our QB's head. They play it safe and are extremely gun shy because of this concept of coaching.

I can feel that Sarcasm dripping off your every word. Teams that have beaten Bama in the past have utilized the Spread, including the likes of Ole Miss, Clemson, Auburn, Texas A&M, etc. They had an O-Line that could hold up to the Bama pass rush to give their receivers time to work down the field.

Clemson has 4 O linemen in the NFL, LSU has 4 active and 2 on IR. Yet, Clemson can score on Alabama in bunches.

Wonder why?

I know, right ! The first thing I need to know about a bro is how many TD posts they have. Dude replied to me on TD with like 15 posts... I was like, " u serious now bro? with 15 posts... F&%k that noise"
