Woah, clearly the committee is showing a TON of respect for LSU and LSU’s playoff hopes are miraculously not ridiculous.

If Bama beats UGA, LSU will finish no lower than 6th. If Ohio state beats Michigan and WVU beats OU....

It'll still take a few upsets and there's always a possibility of being jumped

Been giving O some shite lately about the shut out, but I must also give the man some credit here. Number 7 ranking by the committee at this point in the season is very respectable regardless of what the chances are to make the playoff. Good job coach.

If LSU wins out they deserve to be in the playoff. None of the teams above them has played Alabama and none has LSU's SOS.

All these cucks saying they don’t want to make the playoffs because Bama will beat us are total dumb asses. Making the playoffs would be crucial for program image, recruiting, etc. It’s just as big of a deal as making a final 4 in college basketball.

Bama is a better team, but crazy shite happens.

Only way to get in is if Norte dame & OU lose.. Bama is in. Clemson is in. Winner of Michigan-OSU is in.

Not to be a downer, but if WVU beats OU, they would likely jump us. They would only be one loss with a final signature top 10 win, and I think the same would go for Ohio state as well. That is with them winning out as well though. 2007 and 2011 saw crazier things happen.

Not if OSU takes the L this weak to MSU. Then beats Michigan. Ou needs to beat WVU twice and UGA is going to get dick slapped.

WVU and Oklahoma may end up playing in back to back weeks. Hopefully they split.

WVU can still drop a game to a scrappy school like OSU. Then turn around and beat Ou. Or Ou and WVU split their two games.

The odds are higher for us to get in this year, than they were in 2007 after we lost to Arky.

I don’t think it happens but there is a clear path for it to happen.

None of that will matter if LSU slips up in one of the last 3 games.

Another thing.

Even though we are ahead of Ohio State right now, they jump us if we both win out.

No way they don’t.

That’s a pretty shocking result. Florida is a 4 loss team. We just got beat 29-0 against Bama. Miami lost again to Duke. They are a 4 loss team. I enjoy the love don’t get me wrong but don’t understand it.

3 of the following would have to happen:

1) Notre Dame loses twice
2) Big Ten West champ wins Big Ten Championship Game
3) 3-loss team wins Big 12
4) Washington State loses one more time.

Washington State will lose again. The Big 12 could work itself out. If Oklahoma loses to WVU the last week of the season and Texas wins out, Texas would play in the Big 12 championship game.

I didn't count Georgia losing to Bama because that is inevitable.
