re: LSU in the Polls: No. 4 in Coaches Poll, No. 3 in AP Poll

This just shows the coaches don’t watch the games, no way anyone watched how LSU handled Clemson and thinks there’s 3 teams that are better. Sorry I know I’m biased but LSU is at worst 2 based on this weeks games, and probably should be #1, but all that matters is the end of the year numbers.

Wow. I am shocked that Bama fell that far. The bloom is off that rose for sure. Just a few years ago, the Gumps would have still been in the top and way above the team that beat them.

As for LSU, I'm cool with #4. We are in great position as long as we take care of business.

Once again, props to Coach Kelly and his staff for getting the team ready for a tough, veteran-led opponent in a hostile environment, and props to the team for executing the plan.

Fair for LSU (but ultimatelymeaningless). And the preseason guesswork still is too pervasive in the rankings.

Once again showing how irrelevant these polls are. Penn State playing their first 2 games as a 45 point favorite still at number 2 is fricking ridiculous. They haven't won a NC since 1986.

Idk if you could watch that game and not think they were awful.

Hopefully, this is a return to the post-Bear Bryant days of mediocrity for Bama.
