Why does the Tcu/fla game get prime time both nights? Just curios if anyone knows.

Makes sense. Playing the late game tonight. They shouldn't have to play the early game the next day.

I understand that is the reason but I don't think it's a good reason. A baseball night game followed by a day game happens all the time. The early game is 2pm, not even something like 11am.
ESPN would probably rather have LSU-OSU in prime time so this feels like a rare time a broadcast right holder isn't flexing its muscle to overcome what's otherwise a dumb rule (imo).

This isn't an "all the time" moment of the season. This is for all the marbles and all teams deserve the same amount of rest between games to even the field. These kids need some recovery time....both physically and mentally. The stage is big.
