Best part about the ruling is that we will have 85 scholarships available for the this year.. the penalty of 83 scholarships was enforced during last season

Title is misleading. The few scholarships we lose are voluntary and not NCAA mandated.

So basically we were punished but we wont be impacted because we are getting 2 scholarship credit from last season???
