Anyone calling this a bad hire is an idiot... ALL NINE of Arizona’s starting hitters hit over .300 and WELL over .300. ALL OF THEM. Best hitting team on the nation. This is awesome. They weren’t afraid of a guy like Kumar Rocker and scored 3 early. When we played good pitching we looked completely lost. Every time. We dominated bad pitching but looked horrid against great pitching.
Hopefully he can help our hitters at the bottom of the lineup so it won’t be a black hole that strikes out 50% of the time. Love this hire. Crews is gonna RAKE.

Crews already raked. Hard to see him doing much better. But if he can get Millazzo going we will be a much better offensive team and millazzo will be a very rich man

Like this hire baws!!! I hope Johnson brings that freshmen left handed hitter (I don't know his name) but I think he batted leadoff like Crews or 2nd in Arizona's lineup but that kid could rake!!!

Very "meh" hire. Doubt he'll have success in the SEC. Maybe he'll bring Yeskie with him, but we will be back on the coaching carousel in 5 years.

I hope coach Johnson utilizes the TOPs program to its fullest to keep the best players in this state at LSU!!!
