This is a question for the long in the tooth folks on here. What kind of culture do we have at the football program now compared to years past?

Now the HC has the big tittied blondes at home instead of in the Athletic office...

Can believe I posted that shite but could not resist. Sorry!

Really no different in last 40 years.

We are either winning championships or we are enduring years of misery.

Every LSU Coach has had his demons, even Saban.

Coach O understands the culture at LSU. His problem is X’s & O’s. God help LSU football.
We got us a real AD and now we need a real HC football. I have no problem with the asst. coaches or OC & DC. My problem is a guy unqualified to be our HC.

Upset with not being ranked is nowhere near expecting a championship run every year. I think most would be pretty pleased with a top ten team every year and a playoff team every 3 or 4 years or so. LSU is definitely capable of that.

A playoff appearance isn’t even a big deal imo. No reason why we shouldn’t be 2-3rd in the SEC every year. None.

We shouldn’t have to be worried about games against MSU, Kentucky, Ole Miss, and Arkansas. Ever.

Not good. We have impact players transferring, opting out, and being ineligible left and right the last 2 years

I think the Cuture is fine. Last year was an Anomaly and a myriad of misfortunes both in Coaching, Politics, and Player personnel. The HC may be ultimately responsible but at some point people need to take ownership of their decisions.

This year is the season I thought we would have had last year. It looks like we are trending in the right direction. The question should be asked at the end of November.

no, we just expect us to play at a high level, given the elite recruiting most years.

When we don't do that, there's a problem.

Shouldn't have been losing to unranked teams that lose to Fresno State in any year.

We aren't even ranked.

What's the identity of the 2021 team? I see them as being soft in too many areas. What was the culture in 2020? Evidently O couldn't get a read on it all year. I like to see an OL that likes to maul opponents, haven't seen that in quite some time. Where are the OL that like to block their guy and get upfield and take out someone else? I'm waiting on S Peterman to return and show these guys how to play nasty. frick man, culture seems to carry negative connotations on these boards as it is a euphemism for something bad. If culture was getting to the NFL as fast as possible that needs to be revisited for obvious ongoing reasons.

He didn’t ruin shite. He realized that Louisiana had an abundance of talent and potential to be great. We should be expecting to play for championships yearly if we have 3 in 16 years.
