There's more details starting on page 143 if you're interested.
I actually like what they are doing along the first base line. That section of the stadium should've been in that footprint from inception.
Hopefully, once the bullpens are moved, at some point they will construct new outfield seating around the bullpen rather than keeping them wedged under glorified, 30 yr old temporary bleachers. There are so many areas of that stadium that could be improved upon, its ridiculous.

I still have no idea why they don't just put bullpens on either side of the batters eye instead of this option. The big reason for moving the pens out of play, beyond the fact that it looks terrible, is for player safety. Yet, with these plans, the lack of foul territory in the LF and RF corners seems even more dangerous considering that the walls along the lines are going to be like 3 feet high to accommodate the sightlines for these new premium field level seats.
Feel like there is going to be an instance where an OF is running full speed t chase a fly ball in the corner and is going to get flipped over by the wall.

Vote approved. Obviously too late for this season. 2025.

I guess that's better than getting Rendon'd?

Yes they alleviated one safety issue with this plan, but created another.

The post above yours on the last page says there are underground utilities that would have to be rerouted.

You people act like the school has endless resources to build all these fancy new facilities.

This just makes the fan experience worse.
I agree with the boxes down the line sucking! I have had seats in Section 103 Row 1 since the stadium opened. Being on the front row is why I chose to purchase these seats for the past 15 years. My 8 year old son is finally to the age where he is excited about our seats and next season it all changes with this BS. I get it, there's nothing we can do, if the whole section decided to drop their tickets, LSU wouldn't care because the wait list is a mile long!

You nailed it Cal. Sad thing is you have people thinking this is going to add this big upgrade to the "fan experience" but it adds no value for the fans who currently sit down the lines. I really feel sorry for you and the others along the wall, as well as all the kids that this will negatively impact.

We sit it the same section. Enjoy the bullpen this final year while it lasts.

It’s really embarrassing that a program like LSU’s has bleachers in its stadium
Yankee Stadium has bleachers.

Fenway has been like that down RF for over 100 years now and it gets by just fine.
