Here are the ones I could track down so far. Some of the leagues are starting as early as Saturday (though no LSU players will be in those leagues by that point). A few start on Tuesday, and those will have some LSU players/signees. The rest start June 5th.
I'm missing a few players that I know will be somewhere, but not all the leagues and teams update their rosters in a very timely fashion:
Beau Jordan Cape Cod Brewster Whitecaps
Austin Bain Texas Collegiate Acadiana Cane Cutters
Nick Coomes Northwoods St Cloud Rox
Andrew Bechtold Northwoods WisRapids Rafters
Brennan Breaux Cape Cod Bourne Braves
Chris Reid Prospect Kokomo Jackrabbits
Caleb Gilbert Cape Cod Chatham A's
Antoine Duplantis Cape Cod Harwich Mariners
Zachary Hess Cape Cod Bourne Braves
Zach Watson Northwoods Rockford Rivets
Rankin Woley Northwoods Rockford Rivets
Jake Slaughter Cape Cod Y-D Red Sox
Mason Templet Prospect Danville Dans
Josh Smith Cape Cod Harwich Mariners
Blair Frederick Northwoods Fond Du Lac Dock Spiders
Jacob Pearson Cal Ripken Gaithersburg Giants
Daniel Cabrera Cal Ripken Gaithersburg Giants
Mason Doolittle Prospect Danville Dans
Nick Webre Prospect Danville Dans
Brandon McCabe South Florida Phipps Park Barracudas

How do players decide where to play? Is it CPM that tells them where they are going or do they chose?

Would like to know this as well. Read something about it few years ago, but cannot remember.

The coaches (probably the Baseball OPS guy really) help them find their assignments. The Cape Cod league is more by invitation. MLB scouts help make those decisions.
The rest of the leagues it's basically using connections to get guys to certain places with the idea of maximizing their playing time.
We send most of our non-Cape guys to the Northwoods league. The incoming freshmen are limited to particular leagues that allow them to play, so Prospect and Cal Ripken league are used.
Northwoods is considered one of the better leagues after the Cape. There are some other good leagues out there that we don't use as much though.
I haven't seen any guys headed to the Alaska league this summer. Considering the three guys we sent there last year were Wofford, Dawson, and McKay, that may be a good thing.

Lots of players going to Cape Cod. That sounds good
Posted on 5/25/17 at 9:02 am to upgrade
Hopefully those going to the Cape Cod league won't report until late June, early July!

I thought Chris Reid would make it up to the Northwoods league.

Solid update Pat.
For any baseball fans who have never been to Cape Cod games, I highly recommend it. Get so see a bunch of good players at small fields where you can lean on the fence and watch the game. Lots of games have as many scouts as normal fans there and you can meet some interesting people and have some cool conversations.

No Walker? Are we shutting him down for the summer?

I'm not expecting him to throw this summer. He's probably going to be shut down.

I'd like to make that trip. I know that I will absolutely have to pair it up with breweries (obviously I enjoy the breweries, but that would make it a much easier sell for the ole lady).
I hope in the future we can get some LSU guys on the Kalamazoo Growlers in the Northwoods league. I'd love to go back to Bell's and Dark Horse.

He'll likely still be on a program after a few weeks break. I used to have a copy of the binder with all of the workouts and training plan. Lost in the flood...

I mean, its Cape Cod. Figured it would be an easy sell by itself.
I will say, Fenway was an easy sell, but what appeared to be a baseball game on a shitty high school field was a harder sell. Doesn't have the pageantry.

Is this a new thing now? Before last summer, when Josh and Jake played, the only other player to play in the summer league as an incoming freshman was Gausman

It's becoming more common now, definitely. South Carolina had a couple guys doing it last summer too. The Prospect League allows each team to carry three incoming freshmen if they want to. Not sure what the Cal Ripken league allows. And now the South Florida Collegiate league apparently allows it to happen too.
TBH, I know I had heard of guys doing it before, but I never really looked that deep into it before Smith and Slaughter. But this year we've got 5 incoming freshmen scheduled. I don't know how many of them will actually turn into real freshmen after the draft though.

Taking my boy to a Cape game late June, early July.
First time for a game there!
Hoping the LSU guys will be there to see.

Ditto. Cape Cod is a great trip if you can do it. I think LSU had 9 guys in the Cape last year.

If I' Chris Reid, I'd try and retool my approach and my swing.
He's a slap hitter, hits for contact, and works the pitcher. That's fine if you've got very good wheels. He does not.
I think he should try and hit for more power, he needs to swing more for the fences and to line balls in the gaps.
I don't think he'll start unless he changes and it works out. He's thick in his lower half and he needs to put his base to good use instead of trying to slap the ball.
JMHO.
