Watch the double play that ended the CWS last year. Milam does the exact same thing.
It’s a play he’s been doing his whole career but the majority of the time he probably kicks the bag while he has the ball. His timing was slightly off this time. It sucks but it was the correct call and not really a bad play. It is what it is.
