Looked like he was safe, but regardless it was dumb as shite. Baserunning will be the reason if we somehow drop this. You can't run yourself out of runs and innings.

The go ahead run on third with less than two outs. That’s the goal. Watson could have gotten to second on a straight steal or a ball in the dirt. But he didn’t learn a thing from yesterday. And this team continues to exhibit the poorest of fundamentals.

In Watson’s defense, they kind of lazily brought that ball back into the infield. That’s the kind of aggressive base running that drives us crazy when it’s the other team.
