I’m of the opinion that if we’re trying to speed the game up via clocks then we should not allow pitching changes after an official timeout for a review.
That head coach had about 5 minutes to make a pitching change. He could’ve already gotten his warmup pitches in and we would’ve been ready to play ball by the time the review was over.
Either make the change during the official timeout or he has to face another batter.
