Check your circuits, dude.

Yeah, you beat a higher ranked team that didn't have the very factor that made them a higher ranked team. You should not at all be surprised it didn't move the needle much.

Face it. LSU has weak wins and strong losses. You're right where you should be.

Ignore the "journalists." Sensationalism is how they make their money.

Wasn't LSU "shorthanded" as well?

If you pull it off with no Leavitt and a RS FR QB in his first ever start, then, yeah, you can try to get some traction with the we were short handed too argument.

Ask yourself if there's a difference between not having Whit Weeks and not having Sam Leavitt.

Who tf is Stephen Means? He has LSU unranked in this weeks poll. Highest ranked SEC team he has is Georgia at #9

Kentucky shouldn’t be higher than Bama imo because we saw that clown show but also notre dame should be behind other teams. Pretty pathetic

Florida just beat Texas so they should be ranked higher than them.

I put more stock into losses - I’d flip Ole Miss and Georgia and have UK switch places with Tenn.

Georgia lost at home to an unranked team.
Ole Miss lost on the road to a ranked team.

Kentucky lost at home to a team ranked higher than the team Tennessee lost at home to even if the Tenn/UT game was closer at the end.

Horrible rankings. Bama barely drops but Texas slides far. Auburn doesn’t get I to the top 25 but Florida does?

Georgia should honestly be below Ole Miss.

Texas Tech and Houston ranked ahead of Texas (and unranked A&M).

Ouch.

“Short handed” would not have been included if it was Ohio St or Alabama beating that Miss St team yesterday.

It wouldn’t surprise me if UCF beats BYU next week.

Those two teams are better than LSU.

No one is impressed by what happened Saturday except LSU fans.

I wouldn’t say it was a 31-0 difference

Bama barely drops

Of course. Gets beat down and barely moves. It doesn't matter though, LSU has to beat them either way and if they do then Bama will be of no concern for the CFP wrt to LSU.

I think Miami or Texas Tech finish unbeaten… I don’t think neither wins the National Championship though
