I think it can be. Even Berry made an accurate throw to 1st so I am giving credit to Doughty being at SS for that.

Most impressive game of year for Tigers IMO. Game script played out perfectly. Jumped out to lead and got to UF starter early. Almost every inning seemed to end with #9 hitter McManus setting up top of the order for the next.

13 hits, 4 HR, limited K’s, and not too many LOB.

Very solid pitching 9k’s and only 1 walk.

ZERO errors!!

Is it too early in the season to consider pitching backwards moving forward. Focus on winning Saturday and Sunday with decent pitching and offense, and roll the dice Friday?
