Why can’t we shorten our swing like that and get base hits? It’s yard or nothing with us. Il never understand it.

They hit a ton of soft liners. Most of their hits in the tourney have been soft liner singles.

Jumping on pitchers early was one of the few things we did well early on this year, only for the bats to disappear in the later innings.

Ack not having a real out pitch is so frustrating. Seems like hitters always battle until he makes a mistake with 2 strikes.

All runs the last two games were solo HRs or walked in.
Against Wofford Friday, we only had one runner even touch 2nd base, and that was after a walk and balk. We had 2 singles and a handful of other walks who never reached 2nd base.
Championship game vs TN and the regional so far, we are 2/11 with 1 RBI with RISP.
