The “cant hit lefty pitching” is a narrative as old as lsu’s success. Ive seen it written on this board about every lsu team, and its rarely correct

I've been thoroughly impressed with Kent and really the defense for both teams being the opening SEC series. But Kent is a dude.

While true, Schloss obviously believes we can't hit lefties and I consider him a pretty intelligent coach. I'm just glad we're facing a lot of LHPs early so they hopefully won't give us problems in the postseason
