Money has done well so far this year. He throws a fastball that just doesn't move much.

Solution...pitch off of your offspeed pitches and mix in an occasional fastball when they aren't sitting on it.

Good approach has been good. Money is a guy I don't mind seeing for an inning in a game like this.

Johnson said Brady Neal is fine, it was the right time to switch to Milazzo anyway. They try to manage his innings per game instead of days off to keep him in there. #LS

The reason I never listen to opposing teams broadcasts. I tuned in the tTiger broadcast on U tube and synced it up with the video .

You know, we took the lead when I had to switch from TV to the radio feed to shuttle a kid around...maybe you're onto something.

Alright, I'm going to finally ask this question after years of wondering why people say "BPB" on this site. What the heck does that stand for?

Play by play seems obviously to be what people are referring to, but that should be PBP. What sort of inside story am I missing on this?

We're not allowed to use Shores on the weekend according to some posters on here because it would stunt his growth as a future starter.

We gotta save him to start against Grambling in the midweek.

Yeah, that worked out horribly for Hurd, as the coaches let him figure some things out. Wouldn't want to develop a freshman who struggles to miss bats and has never faced an SEC opponent. Let's throw him to the wolves and hope it works out.

If they absolutely need to use him, they'll use him. Or if the score gets out of hand in either direction, he might get an inning. With Little, Ackenhausen and Cooper (who didn't throw that many pitches today) all available after Hurd, I don't think Shores needs to figure heavily into the game plan.

And that's what some people don't seem to recognize. This isn't years past, where you just throw anybody out there who has upside, and hope for the best. We have depth. There is no need to force anything. Starting in the midweek would not be about developing him as a starter, it would be about being able to pitch more innings at a time to develop, period. Once he's ready, he'll be pitching on weekends in some capacity, full time. Now, I don't know for a fact that this will be how the coaches handle him; it's merely the logic behind doing so, that I find most reasonable.

Ah, so it was a typo that somehow permanently changed it to that. Thanks for the info.

Now I can stop being annoyed every time I see someone say BPB. I rarely participate in the game threads, as I generally prefer to watch games without such a distraction, so I never saw the story on that.
